I would like to thank the team at Strong Ox for their professional help and advise in choosing our security doors. I have never experienced such great customer service, after shopping around for what we were after, i was so glad we decided to go with Strong Ox, all the staff made us feel very welcome and had plenty of time for us considering how busy they were with the recent events of Melbourne's crime wave, which we were concerned about, after talking to Taylor, Lila and Mary about the crime wave, expressing my concerns they had their great products to show us. From choosing our doors to being installed, we were wrapped, i highly recommend Strong Ox services to anyone. I would especially like to thank Geoff for his proffesional work when installing our doors, not only was he making sure eveything was fitted correctly, Geoff vacuumed the floor after his work was completed using his portable vacuum, i thought that was fantastic, thanks Geoff, to all the staff keep up the great work.
