Very disappointed. I have had a very regretful experience here and feel I was not looked after. I have a miniature schnauzer that went in for a wash and a clipping. As schnauzer owners would know, a schnauzer cut does not shave off their moustache. On this occasion, without consulting us the groomer of the company shaved the moustache completely. It takes approximately 1 year for the moustache to grow back. We were very upset with this outcome and that we were not told before, however we even more upset with their attitude towards us, when speaking to the groomer she was very defensive and rude and didn't care to sort out what had happened. They told us they didn't care at all and that they have had other people make complaints about their company in the past but it hasn't hurt them. This is just appalling customer service and a warning to all future clients. We will NEVER go here again. (0/5 stars)
