I've had plenty of experience with adult education, but this is definitely among the best. All the instructors are very experienced and approachable. They demonstrate self defense moves in real (quick) time, then slow it down, explain the moves, and get students to practice themselves, before pairing up and doing the moves on each other, from slow time up to quick time.

I initially chose Krav Maga to learn self defense, which I have, but it's also great for fitness, strength & stamina. As well as the instructors being excellent at their job, I find the other students also to be friendly and approachable, always willing to 'take it easy' on new students, and explain and demonstrate better ways at doing the moves during paired up training.

Value for money is great, rather than lock in on a contract, you can sign up for 10 lessons for $140 and do these lessons when you choose.

I would definitely recommend Krav Maga Adamstown to anyone wanting to become fit and learn self defense. Full credit to all instructors at making this facility a great learning and fitness center.
