Sing got me in for same-day service when I phoned him up at 4pm on a Saturday to ask if he could replace my ipad screen. He fixed it while I went to some shops around the corner and I came back just before he closed up. New screen worked just fine. I would have been simply satisfied at that. However, when I left his shop, I left my phone behind and didn't realize it until I had biked nearly all the way back to my house 20 minutes away! Cursing my dumb-assery, I tried to find a land line somewhere, but then gave up and went home, only to learn that he had managed to call my wife and find out where I live, and moments later he was at our door with my phone. All this at about 5:15PM on a Saturday. Now THAT'S good service. Thanks Sing!
