What happened to this place? I used to love Flakeys, but they're now under new management and the place has gone down hill! It's not as clean as it used to, the food is soggy, and my grilled fish did not taste fresh at all!

The staff don't seem to know what they are doing, and they don't seem to understand the concept of customer service. They were more concerned with screaming at one another than giving me my order. It's such a shame, Flakeys used to be the only decent fish and chippery around town, and now we'll have to find another place to get our weekly fix.

The quality of food here is delicious, good serving sizes, and decent service. I recommend booking early on weekends, as it tends to get busy by then. Will definitely visit again!

I used to be a regular at pancake parlour, but under the new management, everything has changed, from the quality of food to the quality of service. the waiting staff just walked past my order, which was sitting there for what could've been 10 minutes, as the ice cream melted all over my pancakes.

a very nice little yum cha restaurant on springvale road. their serving sizes are better and bigger than most, and the food is delicious! a great little restaurant, definitely give it a try!

The problem with Sofia's was the horrible service. I went in with a group of friends for lunch only to be served by the rudest waiter, when serving us our drinks, he spilt it on the table, no apologies or anything, and left a napkin for us to clean it up ourselves. The food, however, made up for his rudeness - generous serving sizes and good quality.

this is a very busy take away shop on tooronga village. the quality of food was good overall, but there could be some room for improvement in terms of service.
