Action Property Services are very prompt, thorough and professional. They provide the best service and value for money. Andrew is a very pleasant and professional person to deal with. His reports are very detailed and tell you exactly what wrong and the time frame when it needs to be repaired. Other companies I have used in the past use the words "it appears" in their reports, with Andrew it is what it is. We managed to re- negotiate the contract price to get the repairs done using his reports. I will definitely use him in the future! Highly recommend.
