I had a hard drive failure. Frank replaced the hard drive, reinstalled the operating system and other software and did a partial file recovery within 2 working days. Service was excellent, cannot fault customer communication - knew at all time what was going on. He broke down the quote into parts and labour, arrived when he said he would and delivered on deadline. Would have no hesitation in using again.
