We had a great meal celebrating my Mum's birthday. The meals where delicious, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed when after happily obliging to heat my baby's bottle, the waitress offered any further assistance with my baby if I needed. I was at first, unsure of how my baby and the big bulky pram! would be welcomed but I needn't have worried the waitress made us both feel very comfortable. As an added surprise some of the waitresses came out with mum's dessert with a sparkler in it and sang happy birthday!! A lovely night, Thankyou. Look forward to coming back.

For the past 5-6 yrs I've only gone in to buy my cat's food about once a month or so, but every time I do I'm always greeted with a smile and a friendly “hello,….” and the staff are always happy to help out with anything I need. And most of the time this involves interest in my pet or some light hearted humour, it makes my day!

I am always impressed with the service there, all the girls are friendly and helpful. Nicole is the therapist I see each time I go and we always have a great laugh about something (great for taking your mind off the fact she's about to rip hairs out of you!!!) I have always found Nicole to be helpful when giving advice on after care at home and then following up the next time I see her. Totally recommend the team at Greensy BB.

After two failed IVF cycles I decided to try Acupuncture. Upon my first phone call with Amanda I felt confident I made the right choice. Over the following weeks she helped me change my diet to a more suitable one and combined with weekly acupuncture treatments I began to feel so much more energised and confident in my body to be able to conceive. Amanda was always there with encouragement and understanding especially at those times when I did feel less confident, like during my next IVF cycle. She made me feel like I was her only patient even taking the time to keep in contact with me in between sessions, for example, she would text me just before Doctor/Hospital appointments with a “good luck, thinking of you” message. Can't tell you how special that makes you feel. It's been of great comfort knowing she is only a phone call, text or email away. I'm happy to say I'm now 12 weeks pregnant and Amanda has continued to be a great support.

My cat has come home from catteries twice before & been visibly stressed which has in turn added to my stress & not so relaxing holiday. Having her cared for in her own familiar environment has been a much more pleasant experience for both of us. LPC make it easy to book, pay, & organise the details of care personally with the carer. Antoinette is great! she is patient when I txt her a heap of times with sometimes what must seem trivial things, but knowing my 'baby' is safe & happy means alot & helps me not to worry about her as much as I used to. Antoinette even spent time giving my cat a brush after I mentioned that she loved this! Upon my return not only did i find a content, happy cat, I also received a Xmas card from Antoinette, which was wonderful. I've used LPC three times now & will defiantly continue to do so in the future
