I accidentally split hair dye in the carpet which I googled all ways to clean which none worked. After ringing CVR, they came out and replaced the square of my damage and it looked brand new like I hadn't done damage at all!

Right through to offering the right tiler for the job through to making sure I as the customer was satisfied when the job was completed.
