We were very pleased with the service.After losing our best mate we were all very lost and broken hearted the kindness and compassion given from Beric and Sue made it a little easier to deal with our loss. The teddy given to us made it easier to explain to the children and gave them something to treasure.The gold paw print and cutting of fur brought a tear to all our eyes but was greatly appreciated.
