Sam have a very aggressive tone while we tried to explain to him the job that was NOT DONE at our leaking roof , he yells and gets rude without a reason , he charged us 275 dollars And the roof is still damaged, he sent a guy who could not figure out the issue then they claimed the roof is perfectly fine, now I have to find another company to fix it and pay them again since he refused to refund our money , will be taking it to fair trade tho , such companies should not be here to scam our community at during crisis please save your hardly earned money and call a different company to do your jobs .
