Open for breakfast, lunch and snacks 7 days a week, but closed at night. The setting is fantastic - right on the riverfront, surrounded by a flat grassy area with a playground alongside. The coffee is rich, silky and smooth. The food is innovative and attractive, but quite expensive given the service - or lack of it. We would go more often, but there's no table service, just a looong queue at the counter every time you need to order something. On our recent visit I waited in a queue (with my friend sitting alone at an outside table) for around 15 minutes TWICE - once to order our lunches and again to order coffee and dessert. Sloppy and disinterested wait staff were an added irritation. The food is delicious and lady at the counter is an absolute delight, but their service system sucks. If they experimented with table service, there may still be a long wait, but at least you'd be sitting with your companions as you waited.

Simple, attractive decor with cute graphics and comfy booth seating, which we particularly like. The Bento Boxes are our favourites - always fresh with plenty of salad and lovely dressings. The Tempura Prawns are especially nice. Reasonable prices, and good sized servings. Open for lunch and dinner.

We eat at Ten Ten House about twice a month and always feel welcome there. It can get very busy, so it's wise to book ahead.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the food is fresh, DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. Our favourites: Crispy Chicken, Ten Ten Fried Rice and Sizzling Beef.

I went there last week with a vegan friend and to our surprise, we found quite a few really nice vegan dishes on the menu that we could both share.

The service slows down in the very busy times, so you need to wave your hand and make sure they know when you're ready to order. Other than that, they're helpful, friendly and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Chilliz has to be the best value dine in/take away food in Perth! Excellent for students and families.

The food is tasty and the price is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Too many times we have arrived in the evening to collect our pre-ordered meals, only to be told that our order was not processed and there is no food left. :-(

They offer good food at a great price - now they just need to show a bit more professionalism and sort out their ordering procedure.

Approximate cost: $4.00 - $4.50

Hearty Malaysian food and coffee 7 days and 6 nights a week. (Not open for dinner on Sundays.) O'Mama has been busy every time we have visited. The decor isn't anything special and the service isn't exactly fast but we're not usually in a rush. Take away is always an option if time is an issue. We're not Malaysian food experts, but the food is flavoursome and reasonably priced, and portion sizes are generous, so we find it a viable local option.

Cosy little after dinner spot, perfect for catching up with friends or family over a coffee or hot choc. Really comfy seating and great ambience with rich, dark decor and dim lighting. Coffee is great, and their signature hot choc in a mug with a burner underneath is yum - and fun! As well as light meals, they serve decadent desserts and hand made Belgian style chocolates. My favourite treat - the amazing macarons, very subtle and special.

This little place is a great find! The coffee is fabulous, smooth and rich, custom blended just for them. Yummy menu, with great specials and a cabinet full of truly tempting sweet treats. Friendly service, delicious meal, memorable coffee and a really nice experience all up.
