Great way to swich off, it is meditative yoga, so not the typical streach yoga. If you have never meditated before, this would be an easy way to learn, also helps with lowering anxiety and every day stress. You will walk out feeling good and super relaxed. Suffering from fibromyalgia and sleep disturbance, I found Agoy yoga was suitable for me, as it is gentle and very relaxing. Highly recommend it!
