I had uPVC windows manufactured and installed by Certainteed, in a small terrace house in Fitzroy, about 20 years ago. The windows were brilliant and worked like a dream - for both heating and sound. They were sensational to deal with too. Was hoping to order more (different house). Have left 4 messages over the course of a week and no-one has got back to me. Very unlike them. Difficult to find on the web too. Unusual. Contacted window association and they said Certainteed are no longer around :-(. Am now looking for product elsewhere. Am trying Green Haus, so we'll see...

Poor quality. Overcharging. Woeful customer service. I had books, business cards, post cards and stickers printed to take to the London and Bologna book fairs. Got over there and found that 50% of the books had obvious faults and the business cards all smudged when stored against one another. The stickers were double the price of elsewhere. Paid top dollar for bottom quality. The postcards were dull too. It's 10 months on now, the matter remains unresolved. To say that Blue Star Printing in Clayton (part of the IVE Group) has been less than on the front foot in addressing this, would be an understatement. Unimpressed and out of pocket.

I have been going to Adroit for - ohh about 13 or more years, and my daughter as well. Sean cuts my hair (shortish and curly) and Julian cuts my daughter's hair (long and curly) and consistently does an awesome job. I call it my 6 weekly face-lift (cut & colour). I go there to hang out with people I regard as friends, have a good time, great conversation, great sense of humour, great coffee and great hair cut. Always a pleasure. More than a face-lift!
