I have been coloring my hair for 30 years and believe that Loreal gives the best results for blonde and Rachel knows the product well - great training -and her coloring techniques are always the most current. She really "gets" hair and what will work - understood what I wanted in the shortest time. Excellent technically. Always a relaxing experience.
