I had a remedial massage at Charlie Lily and my therapist offered cupping therapy which uses glass suction cups that draw the blood through tense muscles and it helps the body to repair itself. I was very impressed with this treatment as I remember my (Mediterranean) grandmother using this technique using scotch glasses whenever we were sick and it always improved our strength.
