Nice enough as long as you don't need anything done that requires the attention of the manager. When purchasing a pair of glasses I explained exactly what rebates my health insurance offered and how that rebate was broken down (amount for frames and amount for lenses). At no point was I told that, due to the manner in which the store split the cost across the lenses and the frames I would not be able to claim my full rebate, I had to figure this out for myself post purchase. Ok, not a problem, I explained to them that, given these facts, I would like to get a refund and cancel the order for the glasses (nothing had yet been done to actually make the classes), which I didn't see as being a big issue.

Well, at this point the "director", as he was refereed to, had to get involved and after having to spend some time waiting for him, H come over and, in the politest possible way, told me we will give you your refund now go away and don't come back, very defensive over what was really a minor inconvenience for both them and myself. Talk about a mountain out of a mole hill.

DO NOT BOOK WITH WEBJET

Anyone who gives these guys a good review I suspect have never had to do anything more than just place the online booking

If there are any issues trying to resolve them is A NIGHTMARE.

I booked a return flight Melbourne to Perth as I needed to go over to Perth due to my mum going in for major cardio surgery. The tickets were business class one way and a flexi saver ticket the other way. I booked these tickets because I was aware that my mums surgery could potentially get postponed so I needed the flights to be flexible. The business class flight was booked because at the time I was booking the tickets for (just after the Dockers played in the grand final of 2013) I couldn't get an economy flight from Melbourne to Perth.

The surgery did get postponed so I contacted webjet so as to reschedule the flexisaver and cancel the business class. I wanted to cancel the business class and get a refund so I could then book a cheaper ticket, the rescheduling meant an economy ticket would be available.

When I contacted Webjet I was told that they could reschedule to flexisaver and they could reschedule the business class but they couldn't give me a refund on the business class. I questioned this as the terms of the business class ticket stated it was fully refundable. They told me that because the two tickets were booked as a single booking then they apply the most restrictive terms to both tickets. This means that because the Flexisaver isn't refundable they therefore wouldn't refund my business class ticket.

After about an hour and a half on the phone to them the best I managed was to get them to allow me to reschedule both flights then, once I had taken the Perth to Melbourne flight (the flexisaver) the flight from Melbourne to Perth (the business class flight) would revert back to the business class terms and I could get a refund. however, this meant that in the mean time I had to come up with extra money to cover my Melbourne to Perth flight because I had not yet got a refund for the approx. $2000 I'd paid for the business class ticket.

The surgery finally went ahead on 08/01/14 so I've had to carry the cost of the business class ticket for several months. I am finally back in Melbourne and was FINALLY able to apply for a refund on my business class ticket.

I received an email reply from them today (everything has to done online as they charge you $50 if you want to do anything over the phone) confirming the cancelation of the ticket and the refund. The email stated I will receive the refund in 6 TO 8 WEEKS, that is ridiculous. When I rang them they pointed the finger at Qantas but I explained to them that I have cancelled business class tickets before which I had booked directly with Qantas and received a refund over night. The only explanation I could get is "That's WebJet Procedure".

To rub salt into the wound, the woman on the other end of the phone was simply rude, constantly interrupting me when I was talking.

This review is for First Beats, St Ives NSW

We have hired a Doppler (for anyone who doesn't know what a doppler is it allows you to listen to the heartbeat of an unborn child) from First beats as well as having purchased a baby monitor. There products are very good, the doppler is approved by the major relevant bodies globally (including Australia) and the monitor we bought is a reputable brand (Avent) with room temperature and humidity monitoring features. The Baby Monitor was also heavily discounted, I wasn't able to find a comparable price anywhere else.

As for the service there was a bit of a mix up with the baby monitor as they delivered the wrong one initially but this was a simple and honest mistake and it was resolved promptly and with minimul fuss. As for the Doppler, when it was delievered the bottle of ultrasond gel had leaked in transit. This was unfortunate and I don't consider First Beat as being to blame for this. When I bought it to their attention I had a resonse the same day and they gave me the option, they were happy to either send me another bottle or refund my money for the bottle.

So, on the whole, to spite a couple of hickups, I would recommend First Beat to anyone looking to hire or purchase a doppler or looking to purchase a baby monitor. The Dopplers are more expensive than some that are on the market but I think it's well worth paying the extra to get the quality.

NOTE: The price listed in this review is the monthly cost to hire a doppler with a heart rate display.

The Quality is as good as the product you choose. They don't actually provide the product so quality isn't really relevant to Flexirent. However, they are increadably expensive and the customer service is some of the worst I've ever encountered.

I've used Dean at Hide & Seek to produce a couple of TV commercials and I've been very happy with the end product he provided as well as the service and price. Our ad's were relatively basic, no footage just an animated slide-show with music and voice over (for regional TV use) I found Hide and Seek very flexible and happy to go the extra mile to ensure you end up with a product you're happy with.

One word, perfection. I don't see how a dining experience could be better. The food was beyond belief, the Service staff were mind readers and the locations is unbeatable. There's two down sides to going to Aria in Sydney. 1) it's not cheap but that's to be expected 2) You may find all fin dining experiences there after a little disappointing
