It’s staff are courteous enough but the level of care could do with an upgrade.
Their never on time but with these super clinics no one should be surprised .
Back in the day family doctors would see a regular patient even when busy to take time out to provide a prescription for a sinus infection .
This clinic doesn’t . This is why our emergency departments are full because these medical centres are big on franchise but low on level of care.
It’s rather sad Really.

My car broke down around 2pm today and needed emergency roadside assistance. I rarely call mobile mechanics of any type but my personal mechanic was unable to attend .
After calling the bigger main name ones they all ignored the fact I needed emergency aid and offered service the next day
I almost gave up and was considering towing my car when I called one last mobile mechanic and it was Avip
I gave a description of my problem and stated that it needed a replacement part and the operator told me they'd be there within the hour with the part.
Amazed I waited and they arrived early fixed my problem within 20 minutes and I was off.
The fact it was after 3 pm and a few suburbs away they were exceptional and reliable .
I am very thankful and have bookmarked this service in my phone for future call outs
