after advertising in their " Little Pink Book" for a few years, and never seeing a copy distributed anywhere, its pretty clear its just a scam company.

I asked them if they were having a stall at Midsumma carnival to give out the directory. They didnt even know what Midsumma Festival was. (its the biggest event on Melbourne's gay community calendar incase you were unaware - with 35000+ people in attendance).

Business people beware - you are paying for something that is not being distributed...... Support someone who is actually GAY such as GLOBE and will actually reach LGBTQI consumers and business people. And not just prop up the sales commissions for some people down the Mornington Peninsula who are trying to cash in on the pink dollar.

They don't accept "most" credit cards - they DONT accept Amex and Diners, which means they only accept 2 of the 4 major credit cards.
Somehow we paid $55 for a 4WD (not their normal clean, and not the superior - half way between) - and the clean was sporadic - streak marks on the windows and dirty patches on the roof, dirt still around the door handles and the mitsubishi logo, and wipe marks on the front dash, etc. When we raised this with the attendant (in charge) we said we can bring the car back tomorrow when they are not so busy for them to clean it properly, but they said they just would do it there and then - which was not convenient for us at all. He continued to say that "you can't expect your car to be like new". Well we can expect that they will get the dirt off, and not leave smears on everything, and clean off the bird sh*t properly for $55. 3 times I suggested that we return to have it done properly and they refused - and also refused to give a refund - simply repeating that we can't expect it to be like new. They just don't get customer service at all.

Approximate cost: $55
