Danger!!!! Danger!!! Danger!!!

I decided to use Milan Direct after seeing positive reviews on Google and TrustPilot I could not have been more disappointed, had I seen the more balanced review collection on Word of Mouth I may have chosen suppliers differently....

This company delivers NO customer service. My wife and I have had no joy contacting this company to get action. I spoke to Australia Post this morning and was told that as a customer there was nothing they could do for us as the Sender, Milan Direct - they should call themselves Milan Indirect -, must contact them to initiate a search. Something Milan Direct have not done, despite being informed of this lost items 12 days ago.

We will be initiating a Chargeback from our bank today. This is shocking customer service. I will also be referring them to Fair Trading for investigation as this appears to be a bait and switch exercise that they and the ACCC will be interested in. How this store could be a Google Trusted Store is beyond me, it really throws the whole Trust Process into doubt.

Make sure you know your consumer rights before buying from this store..
