We had a horrendous problem - someone blocked the toilet with a nappy - raw sewage was pumping out of a drain into the street. It was the last day before business closure at Christmas time and a stinking hot day, so you can imagine the stench and mess! We called a few plumbers and they had broken up for the holidays, but then we called Safe Seal. Their young chap turned up within an hour and set about clearing the drain. Much more complicated with the nappy lodged deep in the pipes, so he arranged for a pressure jet to clear the drain. He was efficient, pleasant and an asset to the company - now our new plumbers!

Our oven door was warped and did not seal properly and the oven interior lights had not been working for some time. I emailed Ace and they were quick to respond and arrange a day to call to see the damage. They were on time, checked the job, described the solution and quoted the job. We accepted the quote they ordered the pats and as soon as they arrived they called to arrange a time to instal and repair the oven. They arrived promptly and efficiently replaced the hinges and lamps. The oven is like new!

My insurance company provides a windscreen each year (should it be required). Called Instant Windscreens (Reese) at 11.30 am and had a new windscreen with excellent and friendly service pronto. Very efficient organisation - well done guys.

Had a stone chip on my windscreen and remembered that my policy included a replacement windscreen (if required) each year. Rang them at 11am and had a new screen by 2pm same day.

We recently had an attempted robbery, our medical centre automatic door was smashed. Our Insurance Company recommended Sankey Glass and we were thrilled with their service. The staff were all efficient and friendly. They provided temporary security and were punctual, helpful and completed the new door in a reasonable time, without inconvenience to our business. I chose at random 'My Dream Cake' because of the geographical benefit - close to home. It was a relatively new business and I had no opportunity of other people's experiences, but I went with the gamble. And how happy was I! What a fabulous cake they produced. The design was exactly as I wanted, the cake was magnificent quality - rich, moist, chocolate mud cake, beautifully decorated. EVERYONE wanted to know where it was purchased. To add to the experience was the excellent service to pack the cake in strong boxes for me to transport to the wedding which was 200km away. Thank you Michael!

I have very strong curly hair which I have had permanently straightened quite often. It was recommended that I go to Hartfords by my lovely usual hairdresser who does not do chemical straighten. I am so very happy. I was off to tropical QLD for holidays in the middle of the humid weather just before Christmas. Thank you Claire (who was finishing on that day to have her bub) I have never been this happy with my hair before. Considering I was a first timer to the salon, she made me feel like a regular. My hair is amazing, I never had a problem with frizz despite humid, tropical weather. I will be back, hope Claire comes back soon, for my next straightening session.

My staff and I went to Georgios last week and loved it. So much in fact, that my husband & I are gong back next week with friends so that they can experience the quality food and ambiance we enjoyed. It was yummy, all nine of us were delighted with our meals, especially the sweets - creme brulee!!!
