The service is incredible! Not only are the staff very friendly and approachable.. they are very willing to help you however they can (including saving you money!). I always choose to go here - even if it is out of my way. That's how great their customer service is!

I absolutely love this store! The Big W franchise always has fantastic products at affordable prices but this is my favourite store by far! The customer service is amazing, and it is never hard to find a staff member on the floor if you are looking for help.
