We have used 3 childcare centres over the last 6 years. This one is the best. The staff all seem nice/friendly, I've never heard them yelling at the children or 'telling them off' in a harsh way, the kids all seem happy and relaxed, not bored. They keep you updated on the app. The director responds to emails promptly and greets you as you go in.

I had two 3D scans done at yourbaby ultrasound, the first one was to find out the gender as my regular medical ultrasound was a bit uncertain. The second time I went back at 30 weeks to get some nicer pics done as they are better done a bit later. Unfortunately our pics didn't turn out too good just because of fluid levels and bubs position, the sonographer was very thorough and tried for a long time, let us come back a few days later to try again at no extra charge. She ended up discounting it a bit seeing as the images weren't very good. I would definitely recommend but maybe go before 30 weeks which is when I went.

I work near 'the Ritz' and go there occasionally when I don't want to go far. They have a really good range of sandwiches etc (pre-made or have a fresh one made for you), they also have a hot counter with lasagne, hot chips etc. Some of the hot meals are a bit pricey in my opinion (don't really recommend their lasagne!). Also the staff can be a bit unfriendly especially when the lunch rush is on but not exactly rude or anything. The prices of sandwiches etc is about average and fillings seem fresh and good quality.

I love going to Salad Choice. It can be a bit daunting at first with so many options and usually a long fast moving line up, but once you get used to this it is great to have so much variety and options. It works a little bit like subway, you start at the start, get to pick if you want a salad, wrap or roll, then you choose your meat and salads ingredients etc. They also have some great ready to go options, one of my favourits is the chicken avocado! They also do a range of soups and pizzas as well. I had a pizza a while ago it was SO good, although a little big for one person for lunch! The prices are pretty good too.

We ordered a lounge suite at the end of January, we wanted it in a different colour than they had so they had to order it from China. We were told 12 to 14 weeks delivery, fair enough. Not far from the due date we received a letter saying there was a hold up in China and that it would be a few weeks late, fair enough!

After the date we were told, I rang to enquire. The man I spoke to on the phone was quite rude about me not having my invoice number infront of me (I was at work). So the next day my husband rang with the invoice number - which he didn't even seem to need when he spoke to a lady anyway.

Then followed weeks of being told it was on its way on the ship, in customs, at the warehouse but waiting to be unpacked etc, at no time would they give us any exact date when we could expect delivery.

Finally, another phone call to them and we were told that it was on the truck and that it would be delivered "within a few days" and that the driver would ring us the night before (this is FANTASTIC when you have to take time off work to stay home to wait for it and only get told the night before). Anyway we waited another few days and then my husband finally told them that if they didn't deliver it the next day we would ask for our desposit to be refunded and would go elsewhere on the weekend as we needed the couch urgently as I was having surgery.

Well what do you know, the driver rang up saying that he would make a special delivery to us as they didn't want to lose our sale. He was extremely rude to my husband about it and would not give him any approximate time other than 'in the afternoon'. We have no problems with the couch, it is just a cheap one but is quite comfortable and haven't found any problems with it as yet.

I really like the selection of clothes in this store. They have the really trendy stuff that I'm not game enough to wear but they also have some more down to earth stuff which suits me better. I have found that their prices are really good. The downside for me is that its hard to find things in my size sometimes. (12-14), they seem to have more for the small and super skinny girls. Its also not the best quality clothing, but its cheap so I know what I am paying for.

My friend booked us in here for her birthday. A group of 10. We got there and the place didn't even open. After several phone calls and only getting voice mail we went somewhere else. It took days after to finally get through to them only to be told that they were away interstate! They didn't offer my friend a discount meal or anything for the inconvenience. Wouldn't be going back!

I have always found the staff at this pharmacy to be helpful and friendly. They are not too pushy and don't make you feel silly if you ask a silly question.

Its great that I can show my Health Partners (health insurance) card and get a 20% discount.

I am currently in treatment for Invisalign to straighten my crowded teeth. It is an amazing product and am very happy so far even though I can't wait until I finish as it is a little frustrating at times!
The staff at Duncan Orthodontics are friendly and helpful for the most part. They are happy to answer any questions you have.
Parking can be a bit hard at the Norwood office.
They let you do pay off your braces by payment plan which is very helpful as it costs a lot of money (especially if you don't have health cover)!

I have had cupcakes from BTS several times. The Elvis is my favourite. I think it is the butter-cream icing that makes their cupcakes. Yum. They have a good range of different flavours and always friendly service. I haven't dined in but the cafe has really cute decor. :)
