I purchased a set of Maui Jim sunglasses and have found them to be fabulous. However, after three and a half years, I broke the frame across the bridge of the nose. They were well and truly out of warranty, so I sent them back to Maui Jim to get fixed, with the expectation I would have to pay for the repair. Two days later I received my sunglasses back - with a brand new frame.

AND AT ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE !!!

They even paid the return freight charge.

I was blown away. The frame would have broken through fatigue, not a fault. Yet they still replaced it at no charge.
