Good quality and quick service. Food is prepared while you wait so nice and fresh and served hot. Staff are friendly and no issues when you want to change/add ingredients to the selections.

Food is yummy and always very fresh. Menu has a lot of choice and variety too - the duck & lychee salad is the best. Service is the let down thought - staff seem quite sullen and don't want to be there.

Excellent sushi here! Great service - if we have to wait for a seat (which is not often) it's not for long. Fresh sushi and lots of different choices. Enjoy!

I have been using Hanrob at Sydney Airport for a few years now and have never had any issues. They are open at convenient times for flights and always welcome back my 2 cats. My cats seem happy when I pick them up and have been well fed and looked after.

Excellent subway in Riverstone. Staff are always friendly and helpful and help you work out the best deal for what you want. Nice and tidy and clean as well.

Excellent value - and great food. Prices are higher than an average pub - but it is a better atmosphere. Great kids meals and play area. Book for Saturday nights - they get busy!

Overall a good experience, but service and wait time could be improved. I found they recommended the best option for me based on my insurance inclusions.

I have been visiting Dr Spot (well my cats have!) for the last 2 years and I have been very impressed with their care and service. They genuinely care for your animals and always provide quotes and talk through what they recommend. A great vet!

Oporto in the food court at Campbelltown Mall. Fairly new as opened just recently.
Service on Saturday lunchtime was shocking - waited over 10mins for a wrap, chips & drink. No apologies or acknowledgment from staff - once they took my order I just got ignored.
You can actually see the staff cooking/preparing the food as well - and I don't think I will be back! Staff were wearing plastic gloves, however they were not just touching food with them! They were touching each other, the floor and the walls while joking around waiting for my food to be cooked.
I have complained in writing to head office as well.

I visited here on Saturday - no appointment (the front window said no appointments necessary!). I arrived at approx. 11am enquired at the front desk how long the wait was for a haircut only. Was told "about 5minutes". I was taken to a seat and told my stylist would not be long.
I was then ignored for 40mins - until my stylist finally arrived at my chair. I was extremely close to walking out, however curiousity as to how long they would take got the better of me. As I was only getting a haircut, it only took 20mins. I actually spent double the time waiting. If they had been honest from the start, I would have completed my shopping then come back - service was atrocious.
