I wanted to join TRAC because of its convenient location, services offered and I was previously a member and was happy with their services.

However, all that changed when I received 2 SMS offers in late August 2022 of "100 days free at TRAC... or reply YES to receive a call."

Unable to go in person, I opted for the convenience of callback and replied YES both times. Sadly there was no callback to either of the SMS's. Very disapointing and poor for a council facility.
Received further 2 offers in October and November 2022 but didn't bother replying because by this stage I was done with TRAC and their lack of professionalism.
