I have dealt mostly with 'Simone' at Gepetto's Workshop and it is such refreshingly wonderful customer service. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and diligent. I am given updates every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble. Items are sent out well packed and with lovely little touches such as handwritten notes. A top business.
