STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS
On the day of our move they called us to let us know they have no trucks available and that they will have to reschedule for next weekend, when I said that it’s not possible and we have to be out of here today I was hung up on FOUR TIMES. The lady I was speaking to had zero sympathy for our situation. When I asked for a refund on our deposit I received no email confirmation, I tried calling and emailing with zero response, they just ignored my calls, I had to get my father to call them to which they also hung up on him several times. I’ve finally got my deposit back after way too much hassle. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This move has been nothing but stressful and I just hope people reads this review and stays away from them, no one should have to go through this. You guys overbook yourselves and scam people, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
