On the odd occasion that I've come here service is pretty good especially by the customer service assistants. However, there was one time when I wasn't impressed by service provided by the pharmacist on duty. I wanted to get prescription cream for my son's eczema to give to his daycare just in case he has a flare up while in daycare. I clearly remember our GP telling me that she was giving me repeat scripts for both creams for his face and body so we can manage his eczema and to prevent it from weeping again. So I took my repeat scripts in and asked for the labels to be placed on the tube (which I saw the lady that served me write on the instructions slip) as this was my sons daycare policy for medicines. When I picked up the prescription, I was only given the cream for the face and the label wasn't on the tube. I asked why I didn't get the cream for the body and was met with a very condescending explanation from the pharmacist, which didn't make sense, and I felt she didn't even attempt to listen to what I had to say. And when I asked again for the label to be placed on the tube, it was as if it was such a hard task. Needless to say I don't plan to go to this chemist for any future prescription.

Overall great and friendly service...always greeted with a smiling face. Offer great discounts on baby products & skin care products...I always come here to buy the pigeon baby wipes and QV products as its cheapest that I've found. Pharmicists always takes the time to talk to you about your prescription and gives great advice. I made the mistake of going to another chemist as I was somewhere else..the service I got from the other chemist was appalling. Never again. I now always come here.

Been here a few times. A quiter location than its Stanhope Gardens counterpart. Staff is friendly enough but service could be better. Restaurant itself needs a bit of a spruce and updating. Food is generally ok. However, last time I was here we ordered BBQ chicken but ended up with something soupy and it did not taste anything like the BBQ chicken that we knew and enjoyed eating. Haven't gone back to this restaurant since. Prefer the Stanhope Gardens location.

Used to go here quite a lot whenever hubby and I didn't feel like cooking dinner. I'm not sure if they've changed chefs since we've last been...the food still tastes good but I remember the serving size to be lot more generous before. Restaurant has nice decor and ambiance. Staff always friendly. Love the coconut juice! Prefer this location rather than the Quakers Hill one.

My family and I started going to the Stanhope Gardens restaurant before we discovered this quieter location. Service is always great - staff are very friendly and attentive. Very family friendly restaurant. Great place if you want a nice quiet dinner with the family. Would highly recommend the Gamberi Alla Crema - yummo! And absolutely love the desserts!...I think I've tried everything on the dessert menu! Only downside is that it can be a little pricey. Overall a great place to dine.

My family and I love coming here as they really cater for families with young kids. This was the first restaurant that my husband and I took our son to when he was about 3 months old, and surprisingly we had lunch with no dramas. There's ample room if you have a pram. Service is always exceptional each time we've been and the food has been great. Can be a bit pricey though. But with the great service provided, price doesn't matter as much.

Whenever my family and I are in Castle Hill Homemaker Centre, more often than not, we have lunch at Tokio Fans. Food is always freshly made to order, well presented like most Japanese dishes usually are, and fairly quick service. Staff are always friendly. However, because place is rather small, menu is limited to the more common 'western dishes' (eg teriyaki chicken set, teriyaki beef set) and sushi. But all in all great food. Would recommend you to try the Japanese pancakes.

Don't usually hire movies as much, but on the odd occasion that we do, the staff here are great. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. They also have great deals, such as 2 new releases and 2 weeklies for $9.90.

Have come here for both my son's Christening and first birthday. It's a little gem on Sunnyholy Road that can be easily missed if you're not looking. You'll find everything you'll need for your party, whatever the theme. As with most party places, can get a little pricey though. But service is great, staff is always happy to help.
