If you do use them, report every mistake to them immediately in writing, and get a professional report at the end. And don’t go with any verbal promises because when things went bad they quoted the contract literally. Initially they were “oh, that’s just our standard clauses and we forgot to adjust them

They over promise and then are slow to deliver. The quality was poor and i had to push to get things fixed. We are now dealing with fair trading.

The amount of stress this reno has caused has made this year a disaster.
