As an extremely fussy puppy mother, I researched all the kennels Melbourne wide and eventually found DCC. After taking the tour of the premises, I was impressed at the care taken by the doaters towards the guests there as well as the range of food available and the "nothing is too much trouble" attitude of the staff. We were off to the USA, and received a call from DCC to say one of our dogs was not well - they took our senior pup to the vet and arranged medicine and kept us informed all the time of what was happening -luckily it was just a bout of gastro. Upon our return, we were given a run down of all the doggy friends ours played with and what they had eaten and who had looked after them. I was extra impressed as both of ours are 14 years old (one wth kidney disease) and needed that extra care. Oh any DCC never even charged for the vet trip. If you are looking for a kennel, I would unreservedly recommend DCC (go take the tour so that you know where your pups will be housed and this together with the attitude of the staff, gave me piece of mind).
