Jarryd was recommended by family who had met them through another family member, and Jarryd was accomodating and accessible straight away, was calming and reassuring, and showed he’d worked hard to get us the best option for our home loan. Jarryd was realistic but encouraging, which I think is an important part of the home loan process. His team were fast and effective with their tasks and requests, and conveniently accessible too.
