I had such a bad neck, I think from sleeping on a bad bed for so long. It was so bad that I couldn't turn my head sideways and I was having constant headaches (usually one per day). As a nurse, a sore neck and back is definitely not ideal and something that can interfere with my work.
So after 3 visits to Jon (discovering it's my neck and upper back as a whole) at Myofit, I can rotate my neck to its full capacity and my headaches have decreased to less than 2 a week. I will continue my visits for sure! Highly recommend!
