Kelly is punctual, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, with a calm manner with our dog, an ancient rescued female chow chow. She even found a row of stitches from a 2 week-old wound that the RSPCA hasn't bothered to tell us about! Our girl is now clean, sweet-smelling, soft-coated and much more comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

We took a 3 yr old (free), and he had the best time. So did the 48 yr old. Lovely knowledgeable fellows running the place, and a top lady running the café, which has a good range of yummy stuff. We had the best thickshakes. The displays are very worthwhile seeing, and more impressive than you'd think from the outside. The observation deck with the tannoy broadcasting the actual control tower from Williamtown was very exciting for the 3 yr old.
