We were unhappy with our floor tiles and had considered a number of different flooring options, however upon the recommendation of family friends we visited the Bamboozle showroom and were immediately impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the Bamboozle staff (Jess). The showroom display presentation is first class and we knew straight away that we would be putting down the “Rustic” floor option. We had reservations about pulling up floor tiles but Bamboozle put us in touch with one of their recommended tile removal contractors (Renoprep) who did a fantastic job of removing the floor tiles and carpets and prepping the concrete floors in readiness for the bamboo flooring. The installation guys (All-Star Timber flooring) were punctual and very accommodating and also did a great job. All up, from start to finish the entire job was done in one and a half weeks and was a relatively painless experience. We are extremely happy with the result, the service provided by Bamboozle and its contractors, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering installing bamboo flooring. The floors look so good that we were obliged to undertake a re-paint of the house to do them justice.
