Do not be fooled by their policy on "bond back guaranteed". Our place was not left clean: benches were still dirty, hair was left in the bathroom and some cupboards were not even touched! When I discussed this with the company after our landlord viewed it we were told that we would have to wait three weeks for them to come back and clean it- which was not feasible as the other tenants needed to move in within the week. We had to re-do it ourseves which took just as long as if we had never got a cleaner in!
