We had a problem with rusty steel stumps under our low set house and we had undertaken the repairs ourselves but needed some expert assistance with some of the posts that were more severely rusted and needed reinforcement. Paul was very easy to deal with and genuinely wanted to help us get the best outcome, providing us with some extra advice on the posts we intended to repair ourselves.
