Went here today for lunch today to celebrate my birthday. Stopped going when it was called 'Moods' - but as it had a change in management and name last year, thought we would give it a go. I had vegetarian focaccia (without the cheese for a vegan option). My partner had lasagne. My son ordered the tandoori chicken wrap and my daughter had a mango smoothie and a gluten free meat lover's pizza. The waitress who served us was lovely and very helpful. Our meals were mostly very nice and the serves were quite generous. My daughter's mango smoothie was served in a glass that had honey drizzled around the inside - made it sickly sweet. Obviously not my daughter's lucky day as her meal didn't arrive with ours. Ten minutes later, we were told it wouldn't be long and they were sorry for the delay. Then, when it was ready, staff realised they had cooked the wrong pizza (a gluten free vegetarian pizza instead of the meat lover's)! By the time my daughter received her meal, we had long since finished. Would I go there again? I'm not sure - might give them another chance.

My mum and I had lunch here on the weekend. The place is a little bit quirky and has a great rustic atmosphere. We were looked after very well by staff. More importantly, we were able to find menu choices to suit our needs (one of us with food sensitivities, the other vegan). Food tasted incredibly good. My mum chose from the all-day breakfast menu - feta and vegetable fritters with dips and a side of mushrooms. I selected vegan dips with felafel and a really nice freekah salad (freekah, mint, pinenuts, corn and currants). Excellent wine list and great coffee. I will definitely be going back again.

This is my family's favourite take away restaurant for Chinese food, noodles and sushi. I particularly love their bento boxes and curry laksa. They have a large menu and can cater for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets. They also have a catering service (which I haven't used yet).

Took my two border collies here today for a full groom and tidy up. My girls normally hate anything to do with bathing/grooming but they came back very calm and happy. They were also very clean, fur was flipped nicely and they smelled beautiful! The strawberry print neck tie was a lovely touch. I will definitely use this service again.

I recently joined Step into Life as I really need motivation to get fit and healthier. Marko and his team are really good motivators and make training fun. Workout sessions are really challenging but I walk away 'buzzing' and feeling a great sense if achievement. Groups function with an amazing sense of camaraderie - participants encourage each other - something I haven't experienced at gyms or other fitness organisations.

Burying someone you love is never easy; however, Greg and his team did an amazing job in helping us farewell my Mother-in-Law. Team members were helpful, compassionate and very efficient. We were able to easily plan the type of service we wanted and all walked away from the service today being able to reflect really positively on my MIL's 87 years and our connections to her. The same could also be said about our farewell of her husband almost 2 years ago. Obviously, I'm hoping I don't get to see Greg soon, but if I needed to arrange a funeral, I would definitely use this service again.

Went here for a small-group work Christmas function. The decor is lovely, the food is well-presented and tastes great. I had the vegetarian mezze platter and my friends selected fish of the day, seafood tagine, spatchcock, duck and chicken. Most of us followed this with great desserts. The portion sizes were sensible. We were all very happy with the meals; however, the service was quite slow and additional to this, meals did not arrive at the same time. Otherwise, I would happily eat here again.

Went to the new Gold Class cinema here at Fountain Gate. Previously my family and I have had to travel to Glen Waverley, Knox, or even further for the 'Gold Class' experience. Aside from the convenience of a closer location, Village has clearly outdone itself with this new theatre! Larger pre-movie lounge, slightly bigger cinema (additional 8 seats) and a more interesting menu made this the best experience to date. As a traditionalist cinema-goer, my husband went for the rocky road popcorn, drink and a mint choctop. I had a cosmopolitan cocktail to start with, chickpea felafel bites with tzatziki and hommus, along with a couple of glasses of sparkling. The movie, 'Catching Fire' part 2 of The Hunger Games was great. Chairs were comfy, cinema temperature just right and sound system was excellent. We will definitely be going back! Only negative was the timing of food/drink - it appeared that staff are still adjusting to this new environment.
