Arrived at the reception not another customer in site thought my lucky day as it usually gets very busy. Arranged to have two selected tyres fitted and front wheel alignment done, waited almost 2hrs for this to be completed, took far longer than anywhere I had previously been ever! I'm sure there may have been a reason for the delay but no communication from staff
