This business has recently changed hands and i think now lacks the good customer service received in the past. The new owners and some staff are rude, do not listen and certainly do not follow up on forward orders in their order book. Although i was to the point and forthright the first lady I spoke to continuously reaffirmed their process. My point was that their process was not followed which she just couldn’t comprehend. The girl in the Nursery area who confirmed the plants were in stock despite not having received a call hung up on me when I questioned why i had not been informed as per their process. Ps.
