In November, our air conditioning unit malfunctioned, and despite a prior negative experience with the company, we decided to give them another chance. The second repairman efficiently identified the issue, informed us about the required parts, and promised a fix within 10 days, well before Christmas.

Unfortunately, the company failed to follow through on their commitment. Multiple attempts to inquire about the delay were met with unfulfilled promises of a callback. Frustration mounted as weeks passed, and it took nearly a month before any progress was made. The phone representative nonchalantly mentioned the part's arrival but explained that the air conditioning department was on break.

With Christmas approaching and no resolution in sight, we reluctantly persisted with the company. Finally, after the holiday, and after conveying our frustration to multiple contacts, they agreed to address the issue the Friday after Boxing Day. The prolonged wait and lack of communication marred our Christmas experience, leaving us dissatisfied with the overall service.
