My partner and I not long took over an accommodation business and we didn't know it was linked to Quickbeds as we were still going through all the linked services. We had a biking made through them which they stuffed up. Due to renovations, we couldn't put the guests in one room and then we discovered that Quickbeds had undercharged for the number of guests. Had called them and tried to work it out and was told it was our fault for not updating the descriptions for our accommodation as they reckoned it was the hotel suppliers responsibility and not theirs. Will not be dealing with them ever again.
