This guy promised a 2 /3 layers of totally waterbased solution (as I am sensitive to toxic chemicals). He proceeded to put one layer of waterbased over a thin primer which stank the house out. He promised no dust, but coated the house in dust. The nails weren't punched properly and I had to get the whole floor redone. He's very skilled at making promises.
