When our poor dog was viciously attacked by another dog late Friday afternoon when we knew our regular vet was closed we were relieved to find out that the ARH was open 24/7 for emergencies. It is horrifying to see your best friend bleeding and in pain and it was reassuring to have the lovely staff at ARH to tend to his facial wounds. Don't know what we would have done otherwise.
The price is steep, but there is no price too high to see your pet being treated and given good care.
The vet that tended to our dog seemed a bit snappy, but we could not fault the nursing or reception staff who really helped to make the experience less stressful.
Bit confused as to why we were advised to take our dog to the regular vet for the follow up considering our experience has been that surgery costs always cover a follow up appointment, however we were happy with the service provided and we would use them again in any others animal emergency situations.

I have used Tee & Me as an online fashion shopping destination so far, but I have friends who have also shopped at the warehouse in Caringbah and at the markets Tee & Me regularly have stalls at.
Tee & Me are a fabulous company that offer top quality customer service that is second to none. They offer special deals for their Facebook followers all the time. Every orders I have placed has arrived super quickly.
I recently purchased a sale item that was too big for me. Even though the store policy is not to issue exchanges on sale items Amanda (owner) not only agreed to take the dress back but also arranged a store credit for me that I could use on all stock.
Their primary concern is making the customer's experience as satisfying and pleasant as possible. Their products are so beautiful and all of my dealings with the company have been positive. Can not say enough good things about Tee & Me.

You get what you pay for- great for a cheap, no frills touch up.
When it first opened this place was pretty good.I would go in for a facial and a wax and leave paying no more than $60 in total for both and no real complaints.
Now, the staff are all rude, all services are rushed, the staff wear dirty/ stained black clothing, the shop itself needs a good clean and you are hard pressed to have the staff listen to what you are requesting.
On my last visit I went in for a 1/2 hour massage. I told the lady that I was sore in my upper arms and my thighs from touch footy training. She proceeded to spend the entire half an hour on my shoulders and completely ignored me when I twice reminded her what areas I actually needed a massage in.
Her hands were like sandpaper, and no rubbing oil/ cream etc was used. It was the worst massage I have ever had.
It is cheap which is why I will still go back for eyebrow waxes and the odd touch up facial.

Everyone at this store is amazing and friendly and helpful. There is a real sense of community and customer focus and I continue to come here even though I have moved out of the area.
The prices are better than any of those pet chain stores that are now popping up everywhere- and the variety and expert advice just can't be beaten.
The staff make sure you (and your pet) feel super welcome and there is always a smile and a chat for everyone who comes through the door.
I just simply can not say enough about this place, it is great- go and see for yourself just how wonderful the range is and how friendly and helpful the staff are.

I have been going to Bellos for years and the place has changed quite a bit. The cafe itself is very nicely done up, but the prices have now increased enough for my family and I to look at other places to dine in the Burwood area. It is also a really noisy cafe due to it's popularity.
The servings are enormous- and the menu offers everything you could think of. A lot of the food there is really tasty, but paying $20 for a veggie burger has become a bit too much for us to cough up.
Most of the wait staff are amazing, but there are a few that need to improve on their customer skills.
The owner is always around and isn't afraid to get in there and help out- especially when it is busy. We really like that about the cafe.
The coffee is average- but the cakes, waffles etc are amazing.
It's just a shame that the prices have gone up so much.

I am super picky when it comes to food- but this is one of those places where I just can't get enough of the food. Always fresh, the service is great and the food is so good.

These guys were fab. I needed an order for two of their adorable bears rushed through in time for Easter and not only were they fast but they really care about the customer, and they will bend over backwards to make sure you get exactly what you want.
