Ordered a spare part on 11/1/2017. Called today 16/1/2017. They gave me the tracking number. Called the courier, they advised the item has not yet been dispatched. Called bargains online again, they said they will follow it up and call me back today or tomorrow.

I feel this is not good enough. I explained that the part is an urgent requirement.
