Appointment made by the office was unrealistic as the installer had an appointment an hour away and an hour after he was supposed to be an my house. Therefore work commenced four hours later than arranged. However, the installer was a very hard and constant worker and was very helpful with a power board problem prior to his arrival. He worked alone for most of the time (I believe this is illegal!). All seems to be quite satisfactory as far as I can tell and hope for a great result in my future power bills. All the staff were very pleasant people to deal with.
