Don was awesome! Came out the same day we had a problem with our dishwasher. Fixed it but the next day I had a problem getting it started. I rang him - no problem he said, will be back there today! I eventually did get it started not 10 mins before he arrived. To ensure it would continue to work properly, he stayed for so long and didn't charge me! We had a problem with our dishwasher in Berwick and had to replace it, Don said it could have been fixed for half the price we were quoted (which is why we opted to replace)... next time, I'll pay for him to travel!!!

Fantastic service, arrived as arranged, couldn't have been more helpful and when I didn't have as much as I thought, they only charged me for half the amount of shredding! Very impressed, certificate of shredding supplied. Can't recommend highly enough!

Sam was prompt, I only rang him this morning. He turned up when he said he would and was efficient and knowledgeable. We knew what the problem was and he had the part in his van and was able to fix it on the spot. Reasonable rates made it worthwhile to have the machine fixed with a 12 month guarantee. Would highly recommend and would use him again for any other whitegood problems.

From start to finish this company could not have been more helpful. After a bereavement in the family we had to move some stuff from Nerang in Qld, to Mitcham in Melbourne. They helped us in so many ways and could not do enough for us. I'm not sure how they compare in price with others because I didn't look any further when they were so helpful. John drove the truck and that guy needs an award for getting in the tightest of places that had me closing my eyes because I thought it was impossible. Highly recommend but hopefully I'll never have to use them again lol.....

Peter could not have been more helpful! We had a couple of things that had to be moved and some taken to the tip. With my husband helping, they were able to do it and at a reasonable price considering another we had used had charged us more for just a short trip! Highly recommend!

I could not recommend Jeremy and his team highly enough. I had to have some papers drawn up, as well as seeking advice on going into a retirement village and selling my mother-in-law's home. Nothing was too much trouble, Corinna went out of her way to ensure settlement went through even though there were hiccups along the way. They made things as easy as possible for me as I was trying to do things remotely from Melbourne.

We thought we needed a new lock for our front door as well as a passage set and other re-keying done. Trevor quoted us $475 to have it done, but when he arrived, he suggested alternative ways of solving our problem and it only cost $280! Thoroughly recommend!

Kellie Finlayson has been the property manager of our investment home for the last few years, while I do know Kellie on a personal basis, this does not come into our professional relationship as an owner/property manager. I am so impressed with her professionalism and the way she has looked after our property and found excellent tenants for us. Having just bought another property, we did not hesitate in using her again, as good property managers are few and far between. Even though we bought out of their area, Kelly and the whole staff at Thomson Real Estate have really helped us every step of the way. I would not hesitate in recommending Kellie if you need a property looked after well.

David & Jesse came and installed a new kitchen tap and sink as well as cleaning out the gutters of a house we just bought. They came when arranged, didn't charge an arm and a leg and even cleaned up after themselves! Would highly recommend!
