Went shopping for 5.1 surround system and some computer peripherals. Very helpful staff and they really do give you a discount for cash payment!

Friendly service. You can get a walk-in appointment on most days without too long a wait. They have a lot of specials, so if you need to watch your spending you can still get a decent pair of glasses. The quality of the cheap specials is what you pay for, unfortunately. This particular shop does push a lot on the up-sell to more expensive frames and pushes their brand of contact lenses, which I didn't find worked for me. I didn't like the pushiness in the up-selling of the products, personally.

I've had previous experience with Ultra Tune in other locations. I found this location to be less than stellar in their service offerings. They did not offer a loan vehicle during service as other location had. They did not want to give me, without insistence the company discount negotiated with the company I am associated with. Even though I scheduled an appointment for 8:00am, I was not able to collect my vehicle until 12:30pm (closing time) in comparison to a one-hour turnaround at other locations.

Requested on-site quote. Given an appointment for 16 Nov, which was timely. Office phoned and asked to make it same day, which I thought was great, HOWEVER... it was raining. My complaint had been about poor reception. Although I had told the serviceman that the antenna was not over 5 years old he insisted I needed a new antenna, a booster and all new cabling. He did not test the lines, he did not go on the roof to look at the antenna. He proceeded to quote me for all the items $420. I had another service come out a few days later who did the testing.. no new antenna or booster needed. Much cheaper fix than that quoted by Nu-Life.

Property managers and rental agents. Office staff make errors on posting of rent and water payments. Response to email contact with agents concerning rental tenant issues is extremely poor, we ended up dealing directly with the owner who was paying for their service. At exit interview agent was unprofessional and dishonest, leading me to believe I had cleaned improperly and that I owed money from my bond for the self-destructing cheap and poorly laid carpeting (after 3 years residence). I owed nothing. I paid nothing. Know your rights and don't be bullied.

Once registered you get invitations to product testing sessions. The sessions are held in various locations and at various times around the Sydney area. I'm a Sydney member. Interesting product testing and the sessions are always professionally and efficiently handled. GREAT incentives: Cash, Gift Cards, and Product bags. Good quality product. Great frequency of invitations. You won't always qualify, but I've found the percentages great!

New business, so hoping things get better in time. Right now, hard to get points unless you win the restaurant game on the day. They do have some promotions on facebook that will allow you to get some extra points. There is also an online poker game if you like that. I'll hang in for a while to see if things ramp up.
