I've had a few (not at fault) accidents over the past few years. Have used Jack Hillermans as my insurance's recommended repairer between 2014 and 2018.
Never again.
Every time I've picked up my car from repair, I've had to follow up because something wasn't right, from a tailgate that wouldn't lock to paint scratches or dents that weren't there before, to holes scratched in the window tint, paint marks on the leather seats, rust that appeared in repaired areas, etc.
The quality of the repairs seems to be OK but there is a certain lack of attention to detail, sloppiness and lack of care that is apparent. Its always "3 steps forward, 1 step back"
