Very friendly staff. Always willing to take the time to help you out with any problems. I am in there every week and its nice how the staff remember your face and greet you with a frindly smile.

Took my visiting nephew here and he loved it. Couldn't get him off the ice. While I was waiting I enjoyed a nice hot cuppa from the friendly staff. He had a ball and want to go back there on his next visit to Newcastle.
